What is TreeCash?
TreeCash is a promotional credit offer offered by Fast Growing Trees that provides a limited-time offer for all account holders to get more savings on qualifying purchases made at Fast Growing Trees. TreeCash can be earned during specific promotional periods throughout the year. During these promotional periods, customers with an account at FastGrowingTrees.com may earn TreeCash as described in the offer. Any material limitations, including timing, exclusions, and minimum purchase requirements, will be disclosed in the specific TreeCash offer.
How can I earn TreeCash?
To earn TreeCash, you must:

Have an active customer account at FastGrowingTrees.com; and

Place an order for qualifying merchandise during an active TreeCash promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotional details, you will earn TreeCash based on the total amount of qualifying merchandise purchased in a single order at FastGrowingTrees.com, calculated after all applicable discounts and promo codes are applied and before taxes, shipping, handling, delivery fees, or other charges.
Amounts spent on:

gift cards,

purchases outside a promotional period, or

Non-qualifying or excluded items identified in the TreeCash promotion
will not count towards the minimum purchase threshold described in an offer to earn TreeCash. Fast Growing Trees may limit TreeCash earnings per customer, household, account, order, or per promotion, and any such limits will be disclosed in the specific offer.
When will I receive TreeCash?
TreeCash will be delivered as an account credit to your FastGrowingTrees.com account after your order has shipped in full. You can view your TreeCash balance and apply it to future purchases by logging into your account.
When can I redeem TreeCash?
You can redeem your TreeCash on qualifying purchases during a specified promotional period associated with TreeCash, which will be clearly disclosed in the promotional details and/or in your account. You can view your TreeCash balance and apply it to future purchases by logging into your account. Any unused TreeCash will be forfeited after the redemption period ends, and will not be reissued, reinstated, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Are there any limitations on TreeCash redemption?
Yes. Important limitations apply, including but not limited to the following:

TreeCash may be redeemed only on the qualifying purchase of trees, plants, garden supplies, or other merchandise identified in the applicable TreeCash Promotion.

TreeCash may not be used toward payment of a gift card, warranties, shipping, handling, delivery fees, surcharges (including oversized or specialty shipping fees), taxes, or other fees, unless expressly stated in the promotional offer. In some cases, TreeCash may be combined with other offers, gift cards, or coupons to pay for an order. Certain restrictions may apply.

TreeCash cannot be applied to past purchases or price adjustments.

TreeCash is personal to the account holder, is non-transferable, is not for resale or barter, and is not redeemable for cash or store credit. No cash back or credit will be provided for any unused portion of TreeCash applied to an order.

Unless a specific TreeCash Promotion expressly states otherwise, TreeCash cannot be combined with other promo codes, sitewide promotions, or discount offers, but may be used together with eligible payment methods (including gift cards that you already hold). Any stacking or combination rules will be clearly disclosed in the specific promotional offer
What happens if I return or make a warranty claim on an item purchased with TreeCash?
If you return or make a warranty claim on some or all of the merchandise purchased with TreeCash, you may choose to receive a replacement item(s). However, you will not be credited the amount used with TreeCash.
Do I need to have an account with Fast Growing Trees to earn TreeCash?
You can place orders at FastGrowingTrees.com as a guest. However, you must have an account in order to earn and redeem TreeCash. If you wish to earn TreeCash, please create an account.
TreeCash Terms
TreeCash is an Offer (defined below) for all account holders to get more savings at Fast Growing Trees. TreeCash is an account credit for qualifying purchases that can be earned and redeemed during specific promotional periods (the “Offer”).
TreeCash will be delivered as an account credit after a customer’s order has shipped in full, for each qualifying order placed during the promotional period. You can apply TreeCash to future purchases within a specified timeframe after receiving your TreeCash by logging into your account. TreeCash is valid only for the timeframe specified upon receipt.
While a promotion is active, you may earn a certain amount in TreeCash for a minimum purchase threshold spent on qualifying items as defined in the promotion.
Minimum purchase thresholds to earn TreeCash do not include amounts spent on purchases of gift cards, amounts spent on purchases outside the promotional period, or any applicable costs of packaging, shipping & handling, or taxes. A maximum of $10,000 in TreeCash may be issued to a single customer’s account.
TreeCash cannot be redeemed on any order containing a gift card, and can only be redeemed on online orders placed at FastGrowingTrees.com. Only the full store credit amount can be applied as a payment method. Customers can't select a partial amount of their store credit to pay for an order. Any unused TreeCash will be forfeited after the redemption period ends.
By participating in the TreeCash program, you agree to release and hold harmless Fast Growing Trees from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including, without limitation, personal and/or property damage which may occur in connection with the program, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of TreeCash. Fast Growing Trees reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this program at any time without notice. Offer is personal, non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be resold. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All purchases are subject to the Fast Growing Trees Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
