One of the Most Colorful Shrubs Ever Developed
Why Dwarf Burning Bushes?
The fiery autumn foliage of the Burning Bush makes it an excellent landscape plant...and it really draws attention when planted in rows. In summer, the cooling blue-green colored leaves are welcoming and lush, giving you interest month after month.
You'll look forward to the fall just to enjoy the amazing color of the Burning Bush. Especially since the Burning Bush has fantastic drought tolerance once established and easily adapts to a variety of soils and climate conditions. Plus, this Burning Bush is a dwarf variety, meaning it will stay smaller and more compact in your landscape.
So, the Dwarf Burning Bush is virtually carefree. No matter where you plant, it thrives. Simply ensure it gets a lot of sun and watch the show begin! The Burning Bush shines when it's planted in masses and does well in geometric planting designs, such as hedges and flower garden windbreaks.

Planting & Care
1. Planting: Plant your Burning Bush in an area that receives full to partial sunlight (4 to 6 hours of sunlight per day on average). Although your Bushing Bush prefers full sunlight, it will tolerate shade.
Burning bushes prefer acidic soil, but will adapt to your natural soil even if it's sandy or heavy in clay as long as it's well-draining. Dig a hole that's large enough to accommodate your Burning Bush's root ball, place your shrub, and backfill the soil. Finally, mulch the surrounding soil and water.
2. Watering: Let your surrounding soil dry to the touch down to about 2 inches. Once your soil is dry in this area, give your Burning Bush a deep watering at the base.
3. Fertilizing: Fertilize your Burning Bush at the beginning of every spring and in the middle of summer with an acidic fertilizer.
