Huge, Plump Berries in One Year
Why Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Plants?
Heritage Everbearing Raspberry plants are a newly developed berry bush, bred for huge, delicious berries and a longer season of fruiting. Plus, you get better disease and drought resistance…so, the Heritage delivers berries in just one year without harsh chemicals or tons of watering.
Now, flavorful raspberries of the highest quality can be grown right in your own backyard! Heritage Everbearing Raspberries are the most popular red raspberry plant on the market for a reason. A vigorous, hardy plant that thrives in most soil types, and even tolerates the coldest of climates, it's perfect for beginners and expert gardeners alike.
And it’s conveniently sized, making it ideal for planting in the ground or in a container. Even better? It’s cold hardy down to an unbelievable -20 degrees. But it’s great for Southern states too since it’s extremely drought tolerant once it’s established. When it comes to the Heritage, you don’t need a green thumb to enjoy fresh berries from summer to winter.

Pollination Info
Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Bush Pollination
Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Bushs are self-fertile. You will get fruit with only one plant. However, adding an additional Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Bush will drastically increase the size of your crop.
Planting & Care
1. Planting: Choose a location that offers full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight) and well-drained soil.
Dig a hole that provides enough room for the root ball, place your Heritage, and backfill the soil.
To plant in a container, select a pot with drainage holes that is twice as large as your Heritage’s shipped container. Use organic soil, place your Heritage, and water to settle the roots.
2. Watering: Water your Raspberry Plant weekly. If you’re not sure when to water, simply check the top 2 inches of soil for dryness. Water when the soil is dry at this depth.
3. Fertilizing: You can use compost with a small amount of balanced organic fertilizer, applying late in the winter.
4. Pruning: Prune Raspberries in the fall, leaving about 6 of the thickest, strongest green canes. Make sure you cut off any sideways-growing canes.
