Standout Tree Bearing Fruitful Fall Olives
Why Manzanillo Olive Trees?
With its bright silver-green foliage and depth of canopy, the Manzanillo Olive tree is a standout piece for your property. You can purchase one to plant as a standalone accent, or plant a set of 3-5 to ornamentally frame your property line.
Born out of hot, rocky conditions in Spain, the Manzanillo Olive is wonderfully tolerant of nutritionally poor soil, including sandy, loamy, and clay soils. It can also tolerate hot temperatures and spells of drought, giving you immense flexibility in its care and keeping.
In the summer, this tree will bear small, ornate white flowers. And in the fall, you'll be able to pick olives directly from your own tree! Gather a large bundle and use them in your own cooking preparations, including pressing to make olive oil or brining for a tasty snack. With easily removable pits and ample fruit flesh, you'll love these olives - the most popular in the world for olive oil production!
And this Olive Tree will bring even more benefits. Revered as a symbol of peace, you can take a small cutting and use it to adorn your kitchen windowsill, or hang it above a favorite doorway to bring blessings into your home.
Whether you're offering an olive branch of peace or spending quality time with friends and family picking olives from your tree, get your Manzanillo Olive Tree now and enjoy its bounty!

Pollination Info
Manzanillo Olive Tree Pollination
Manzanillo Olive Trees are self-fertile. You will get fruit with only one plant. However, adding an additional Manzanillo Olive Tree will drastically increase the size of your crop.
Planting & Care
1. Planting: Plant your Olive Tree in early fall or early spring. Allow good drainage (this is especially important) and ensure full sunlight exposure. Water generously once first planted and monitor it carefully as it is growing its first two years. Thereafter, you can water in only harsh drought conditions.
2. Watering: Monitor overly water logged soil as your most important maintenance for your Olive Tree. Composting is optional and can be done in late winter or early spring.
3: Pruning: Prune minimally while your Olive Tree is growing its first 4 years. Thereafter, you can prune each year after fruiting in the Ffallll. Remove any cross branches that block light to the central portion of the tree.
