Bold Violet Blooms All Summer Long

New Vintage™ Violet Yarrow is a striking, compact perennial that delivers bold, red-violet blooms all summer long. This beautiful variety stands out in any garden, with its delicate fern-like foliage and vibrant flowers that attract butterflies, bees, and other pollinators. The flowers are held above the foliage on sturdy, upright stems that don’t require staking.

Perfect for dry, sunny spots, New Vintage™ Violet Yarrow thrives in hot, arid conditions. It’s drought-tolerant, heat-resistant, and can handle salty air, making it a great addition to coastal gardens or areas with poor soil. Its compact habit makes it ideal for flower beds, borders, or even container plantings.

Not only does it deliver striking color, but it’s also a tough, low-maintenance plant that requires little attention once established. Deer-resistant and fragrant, New Vintage™ Violet Yarrow is a no-fuss, highly adaptable plant that will continue to bloom year after year, providing beauty and support for local pollinators.

Bring stunning color and vitality to your garden with the New Vintage™ Violet Yarrow. Its vibrant long-lasting blooms make it a standout in any landscape—grow yours today!

Planting & Care

1. Planting: Plant New Vintage™ Violet Yarrow in a location that receives full sun (up to 6 hours) with well-drained soil. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball, placing the plant so the top of the root ball is level with the soil surface. Fill in with loose, well-draining soil, and ensure it’s secure in the ground.

2. Watering: Once established, Yarrow is drought-tolerant and requires minimal watering. Water deeply but infrequently, allowing the soil to dry between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so ensure the plant is in a spot with excellent drainage.

3. Pruning: Deadhead spent blooms regularly to encourage a second flush of flowers. In early spring, trim back any old or dead growth to make room for fresh stems. Yarrow does not require heavy pruning, but cutting back the spent flowers will keep the plant neat and encourage reblooming.
