Evergreen Elegance on a Unique, Slender Form
Add evergreen elegance to your garden with the Weeping White Spruce. Loved for its narrow silhouette and weeping branches, this tall-growing tree can be used in nearly any garden bed or landscape, thanks to its slender structure.
The Weeping White Spruce features deep, blue-green foliage that turns a lighter green in spring. Short, dense needles retain their color throughout the winter, growing in a delicately weeping pattern, and a narrow shape makes it ideal for small gardens that need a strong vertical element. Plant it in a windbreak or unique privacy screen, or let it stand alone as a an eye-catching specimen.
A fast-growing evergreen, this White Spruce reaches up to 10 feet within the first ten years. At maturity, it reaches 20 feet but maintains its compact footprint, for a remarkable landscape presence. Even better? It can live for 50 years or more, keeping your landscape looking good for years to come.
If you're looking for a unique evergreen that will make a statement in your landscape, the Weeping White Spruce Tree is a perfect pick.

Planting & Care
1. Planting: Avoid planting the tree during extremely dry weather, and ensure it has at least six weeks to establish before the first frost of the season. If you need to wait to plant your tree, keep the roots constantly moist.
When you're ready to plant, dig a large hole twice as wide as the size of your Weeping White Spruce's root ball and just as deep. Dampen the roots in preparation for planting and set the root ball into the hole, making sure the trunk is straight. Backfill the hole with a mixture of your native soil and some gardening soil. Mulch around the base of the spruce to prevent weeds and keep in moisture.
2. Watering: Water regularly while your Weeping White Spruce is establishing - your tree will require less water once established. Continue to water regularly in extreme heat.
3. Fertilizing: Feed with a general purpose fertilizer before new growth emerges in spring.
4. Pruning: Your Weeping White Spruce can be allowed to grow naturally, or pruned occasionally to control its shape.
