Exotic, Large Blooms in Snowy White and Purple

Why Devil’s Trumpet Plants?
With exotic good looks and captivating floral bell blooms, our Devil’s Trumpet Plant offers unique growth. The snowy white trumpets, complemented by pops of purple color, swing from lush green foliage on the Devil’s Trumpet, transforming plant beds, property borders and beyond.

The blooms can last for months. The Devil’s Trumpet's bell-shaped florals often last from summer to fall, even staying strong during the winter season when planted in warmer climates. Plus, the Devil’s Trumpet blooms in waves, offering a layered appearance that’s perfect for pairing with bare areas of your landscape.

And the Devil's Trumpet aroma is unbelievable...neighbors and guests won't be able to stop talking about the sweet scent!

Note: All parts of the Devil’s Trumpet are poisonous if ingested, so avoid ingesting and keep pets and children away from your plant.

Planting & Care

1. Planting: Start by finding an area with full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight) and well-drained soil or select a container with drainage holes for planting your Devil’s Trumpet.

Once you’ve selected a location (or your container, which should be twice the size of your plant’s shipped container), dig a hole that’s around twice the size of your plant’s root ball and just as deep. Then, place the plant, tamp down the soil and water to settle the roots.

2. Watering: Generally, you should check your soil about 2 to 3 inches down for dryness. If the soil around your Devil’s Trumpet is dry, water the plant. Watering about once or twice weekly is a good rule of thumb until your plant is established. The Devil’s Trumpet is moderately drought tolerant, but it’s important to ensure it stays hydrated!

3. Fertilizing: Feed your plant with a general-purpose fertilizer before new growth begins, in the late spring or early summer.

4. Pruning: You may prune your Devil’s Trumpet in the fall for shaping after its flowers have faded.
