Sunshine Yellow Blooms Throughout Three Seasons!

Bring a burst of sunshine to your garden with the Sol Desire® Rose. This floribunda variety is known for its cheery yellow blooms that unfurl in lush double layers across kelly green foliage.

Plant it along walkways or at the front of a garden bed to brighten up the space with its tidy form and repeat blooms. This rose makes an excellent border plant, hedge, or patio accent. Clusters of flowers appear from spring through fall, offering reliable color throughout the seasons.

Sol Desire® is also a hardworking, low-maintenance shrub. It’s heat-tolerant, disease-resistant, and can thrive in tough summer conditions.

Whether you're cutting blooms for an elegant bouquet or enjoying its beauty throughout your landscape, the Sol Desire® Rose brings the warmth of a sunny day, no matter the weather. Grow your Sol Desire® Rose today!

Planting & Care

1. Planting:  Choose a spot that receives full sun in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and just as deep. Position the rose so the crown is slightly above soil level, then backfill and water thoroughly. Mulch to retain moisture and regulate temperature.

2. Watering:  Water deeply and regularly during the first growing season to establish roots. Once established, water weekly or during dry spells.

3. Fertilizing: Apply a balanced rose fertilizer in early spring, just as new growth begins. Feed again after the first bloom flush and repeat midseason to encourage continuous flowering.

4. Pruning: Prune in early spring to remove dead or damaged wood and to shape the plant. Deadhead spent blooms regularly to promote reblooming.
