Grow a Vibrant and Colorful Taste of the Tropics

The Harlequin Cordyline, also called the Hawaiian Ti plant, is the perfect way to bring the tropics into your home or yard. Boasting vibrant, glossy pink and green leaves, this plant is native to southeast Asia, eastern Australia, Hawaii, and other Pacific islands.

The colorful leaves are broad and feature bright red veins, adding even more visual interest to this unique plant. Known for its sturdy, upright trunk, the Harlequin Cordyline can grow up to 10 feet tall, making it ideal as an accent in corners and other narrow spaces.

The easy-care Cordyline will thrive when planted in well-draining potting mix and housed in a spot that provides partial sun. With a moderate to fast growth rate, your new plant will be a joy to admire from every angle. Order your Harlequin Cordyline today!

Planting & Care

1. Planting:  Choose a spot in your yard or a large enough container to accommodate the large mature size of your Harlequin Cordyline. Dig a hole that is slightly wider and deeper than the root ball. Place your Cordyline plant into the hole, ensuring that the top of the root ball is level with or slightly above the soil surface. Backfill the hole with soil, gently firming it around the roots. After planting, water your Cordyline thoroughly to settle the soil around the roots.

2. Watering:  The Harlequin Cordyline does not like to stay wet, so keep the soil moist but avoid overwatering. It is recommended to water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure good drainage to prevent waterlogging and reduce watering frequency in the winter months.

3. Fertilizing: If your Cordyline is planted in a container, feed it spring through summer with a half-strength liquid fertilizer to provide necessary nutrients.
