Planting & Care:

1. Planting:  Philodendrons are sturdy houseplants that are easy to care for. Heart-leaf philodendrons need bright, diffused light and warm temperatures above 50°F but can tolerate various lighting conditions. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves.

2. Watering:  Water your philodendron only when the top inch of soil is dry. Use well-drained soil to avoid overwatering. Philodendrons tolerate low humidity but need enough light to avoid yellowing leaves.

3. Fertilizing:  Fertilize your philodendron every 3-4 months to keep it healthy. Over-fertilizing can cause leaf tips to brown and curl.

4. Pruning:  Regular pruning of the trailing stems promotes growth and keeps the long vining stems looking full and leafy. However, this is optional if you prefer your plant to roam.
