Fast-Growing Vine with Violet Blooms

Take your garden to new heights with the gorgeous Sky Vine. Also known as blue trumpet vine for its mesmerizing blue and violet blooms, it fills empty spaces on fences or trellises with ease.

The Sky Vine boasts deep green spade-shaped leaves that form thick, dense foliage, providing the perfect backdrop for its bloom clusters. From summer through fall,  this vine bursts into bloom with ruffled purple to lavender-blue flowers, which even make fantastic cut arrangements.

In tropical climates, the Sky Vine is a perennial, maintaining its evergreen beauty year-round. However, even in cooler climates, it shines as an annual, blooming from midsummer until early fall and adding a burst of color to your garden for several weeks.

With its breathtaking blooms and vigorous growth, the Sky Vine is sure to become a cherished centerpiece in your outdoor oasis. Don’t miss your chance to grow yours today!

Planting & Care

1. Planting:  Plant in a hole that is twice as wide but only as deep as the root ball and in an area with well-draining soil. Do not over-cover the top of the root. Add topsoil or organic peat humus to the planting hole.

You can also mix in composted cow manure to enrich the soil around the plant's roots. Water to settle.

To cover a fence, place plants 5 feet apart. Give enough room so that nearby shrubs aren't too close - at least 5 feet away.

2. Watering: Water regularly with time for the soil to dry out in between waterings.

3. Fertilizing: Fertilize twice a year, in spring and fall, with a good granular flower fertilizer.

4. Pruning: Cut back dead vines in early spring (mid to late March).
