Low-Maintenance Fall Beauty That Produces Numerous Offsets
The Sunvivor™ Dea Hens and Chicks is a stunning succulent renowned for its resilience, beauty, and versatility in outdoor spaces! These plants earned their name from their unique growth habit, where the mother plant, or hen, produces numerous offsets, or chicks, clustered around her base, creating a charming display reminiscent of a brood of chicks.
Hens and Chicks showcase large rosettes adorned with a mesmerizing palette of pink, green, and burgundy, with colors shifting depending on the season and growing conditions. With wide, tightly packed leaves, these rosettes can reach over 6 inches in diameter, providing a striking focal point in any garden or patio setting.
This cultivar is low-maintenance, thriving in outdoor environments or indoor spaces with plenty of sunlight and well-draining soils. It's ideal for cold windows and patio tables or for dining, coffee, or end tables. It's also incredibly resilient being disease-resistant, pest-resistant, drought-tolerant, and cold-hardy.
During the spring and summer months, mature rosettes may produce delicate spikes of pink, star-shaped flowers, adding an extra layer of charm. With minimal care requirements and maximum visual impact, Hens and Chicks is great for year-after-year enjoyment. Grab yours today!
