Two Vibrant Roses in One Tree

Why Livin' Easy and Easy Going Rose Trees?

The Livin’ Easy and Easy Going Two-fer® Rose Tree is a combination rose tree that infuses cheer and warmth to every corner of your garden, with blooms from two different rose specimens. The unique color pairing and distinct scents will have you looking forward to summer every year.

Showcasing a tropical blend of colors, this tree bursts with showy blooms against glossy, bright green foliage. The Livin’ Easy Rose is a lush coral-apricot tone, and looks especially vibrant in direct sunlight, while the Easy Going Rose wears a golden, peachy yellow. Plus, this tree’s rounded growth is a perfect way to distribute the wide-set buds.

This easy Rose Tree variant has a compact footprint, reaching 5-8 feet tall. That means it's perfect for patio containers, along borders or as a garden bed accent. At the peak of summer, buds will erupt into fanned, full 4-inch blooms.

If you enjoy fresh floral arrangements, this tree's medium-length stems throughout are perfect for cutting - and both roses emit a sweet, mild scent. The best part? This variant is highly disease resistant, and it's adaptable to numerous growing conditions, making it a low-maintenance rose tree for both experienced and beginner growers.

If you want to add greater color variety to your rose collection, the Livin’ Easy and Easy Going Two-fer® Rose Tree is a perfect choice, welcoming summer with ripe, cheerful tones.

Planting & Care

1. Planting: Select a well-drained site in full to partial sun (4 to 8 hours of sunlight per day). If you choose a partial sun location, make sure your roses receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day (afternoon shade is better than morning shade).

First, space 3 feet apart if planting multiple trees. Dig a hole twice as wide and twice as deep as the root ball. Backfill the soil until you have a hole the same size or slightly larger than the container the rose is in. Plant the rose at the same depth as it is in the container. Mulch around the base of the tree to keep competing weeds and grasses from growing.

2. Watering: Water around the roots rather than overhead, and water about once or twice weekly. Mulching will greatly assist with soil moisture retention.

3. Fertilizing: Fertilize with an organic rose fertilizer once a month.

4. Pruning: Sterilize your sharp pruning shears with hot water or rubbing alcohol, and always prune at an angle. Start by pruning back a little in the spring after the last hard freeze, and remove dead or old canes.
